At LUCE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Jewelry is a personal and meaningful investment, and we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges in accordance with the policy below.
1. Return Windows
Our return policy is divided into two windows based on when the return is initiated:

1–10 Days (Full Refund): We offer a full refund to your original form of payment if the item is returned within 10 days of purchase/delivery and is in its original, undamaged condition.

11–21 Days (Store Credit): Items returned between 11 and 21 days of purchase are eligible for store credit for the full paid value, provided they are undamaged.

After 21 Days: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 21 days.
2. Custom and Specialized Jewelry
Due to the unique nature of personalized pieces, certain items have specific restrictions:

Engraved or Custom Jewelry: These items are uniquely yours and are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Special Orders & Custom Jobs: These require a 50% deposit at the time of order. If you are not satisfied with the completed custom piece, you may return it for store credit only equal to the amount paid.
3. Item Condition & Inspection
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Damaged or Heavily Worn Items: At our discretion, we may accept these for return; however, a refurbishing fee may apply. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of our specialists after a physical inspection of the piece.

Proof of Purchase: All returns and exchanges require the original receipt or digital order confirmation.
4. How to Start a Return
To begin the process for an online order:

Email us at hello@lucejewelry.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, return shipping must be insured for the full value of the item. LUCE is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
5. Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges if the item is returned in its original, undamaged condition. The exchange value will be the amount paid for the original item. You will simply pay the difference for a higher-priced item or be refunded the difference if the new selection is less expensive.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and undergoes inspection:

Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: Approved refunds to the original payment method typically appear on your statement within 7–10 business days.

Store Credit: Store credit will be issued via a digital gift card immediately upon approval.
7. Shipping Information (For Reference)

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Free Shipping: Orders over $300 qualify for free 2-day shipping. Orders under $300 feature a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
