It's hard to judge stone size from a photo. Our in-store experience allows clients to try on different settings and instantly swap different diamond sizes and shapes for a hands-on (literally) comparison.

Questions people ask first
How long does a custom ring take? +
In a pinch, we can create custom rings in as little as 2 weeks. However, we prefer to rely on a 4 week timeline for most custom rings.
What budget do I need? +
Your budget should be whatever you're comfortable with. There are plenty of parameters than can be adjusted to fit any price range. Depending on the metal and/or stone used, the price can change substantially. During an appointment we will design a ring within your budget.
Do I have to buy what I design in the builder? +
No. The ring builder is simply a free tool to help clients visualize all of the different styles that an engagement ring could end up as. However, if you design the perfect ring in our ring builder and decide that's the one, we will build it to be exactly the same using 3D files to replicate the ring you've created.
What happens at an appointment, and how long is it? +
An engagement ring appointment could be as little as 15 minutes, or as long as you need. The purpose is to for us to understand your preferences, style, budget and timeline and in turn, we act as a resource to field any questions or concerns and walk you through the process from start to finish.
Do you create rings with lab grown diamonds? +
Yes, we're able and willing to create ring with any stone you like. From natural and lab diamonds, to emeralds, sapphires and more.
