Our parent company, Kravit Jewelers, is an authorized Rolex Jeweler and has a full shop with jewelers, polishers and diamond setters from the world's most recognized fine jewelry houses. We send our repairs to be expertly handled by our team in NY overnight and have them back to you in perfect condition typically in 1-3 weeks.
